Concertina
Anglo-German system concertina. Dark-veneered ends, 6.25in/159mm across parallel sides, fully inlaid with sprays of pearl flowers and leaves. Edges sculpted, with nickel purfling and corner mounts. 21 pearl-tipped wood buttons, glued to wood levers: 10 each side + 1 air (1 left-hand and 4 right-hand absent). Air valve is lever and rod. Reeds riveted to single reed plates. 5-fold black leather edged bellows with gold-squared white papers, with fancy paper trim around bellows frames. Later black leather straps. No label or serial number.
