Lyre guitar
This lyre guitar is inscribed 'Clementi & Co. London' on the peg box. The body is lacquered black with gilt arabesque. The upper arms of the lyre are gilded and terminate in a floral motif and the head is surmounted by a female mask on a sunburst. It has six strings.
