Composite harp; made of wood and gourd; semi-spherical gourd resonator with hole carved in centre; y-shaped piece of wood inserted into hole and fastened into place with fibre and gum, with piece of skin wrapped around join; cross-piece of wood lashed across top of y-shape with fibre; six strings of fibre inserted through holes carved in one arm of y and tied around opposite arm.
