Drum (with drum-stick); made of skin; a) frame of drum made of small rectangles of carved wood glued together side by side to form circle; skin stretched over circular frame, tied across back with sinew; leather wrapped around centre of sinew to make handle; front painted with image of face with rays around it in red with green and black facial features and red mouth on green background; "William Wasden Jr Hilamas 2005 Namgis Sun" written in pencil on back of skin; b) drum-stick carved of piece of wood, one end wrapped with leather and stuffed for drum-stick head; strip of leather tied to opposite end of handle for carrying strap.
