Organ

The main Cathedral organ. This was originally built by Henry Willis in London in 1877 and later rebuilt and revoiced by Harrison & Harrison of Durham in 1905, allowing for certain further additions that were completed in 1935. In 1970 the organ was restored and, again, further additions made. The organ is divided on each side of the Quire. The Positive, Choir and Great Organs, and the console, are on the south side; the Swell and Solo Organs on the north side; and the Pedal stops are on both sides.
