Belly: 1 piece irregular-grained pine; f-holes (40mm) straight, wide, set high in body. Ribs: plain sycamore, bevelled edge towards back on rh side (?repaired, ?replaced). Neck, head: 1 piece of unfigured wood, with small Saxon-type scroll, fairly well cut but not distinguished; 4 boxwood pegs; endpin rosewood, tailpiece ebony with pearl spot, loop-tied.
