Bass viol bow
stick: snakewood, sturdy, concave, fluted, with raised lines in the first third; head cut to a pointed beak; fluting stops ca. 8mm from end; frog: ivory, with sloping end and round corner, unlined, without slide or ferrule, but a raised flange where the ferrule would be; screw: iron; eye: brass; adjuster: cylinder of ivory with one groove incised, ebony stud in the end; length 746, hair 638, diameter at frog 10.0, diameter at head 7.0, weight 78 gr.
