Trumpet. Nominal pitch: B♭-A.
Technical description: Silver-plated brass. Tuning-slide, which is restrained by a screwed collar, pulls out to put instrument in A. Stocking on tuning-slide. Flat un-wired bell rim with a 4mm wide brass garland. Valve type: 3 rotary valves controlled by piston action; springs in piston cases.
