Cornet. Nominal pitch: B♭ etc.
Technical description: Brass. Shanks for B♭, A; crooks for A♭, G, F, E; coupler for E♭ to be used with crook for F. Valve type: 2 Stölzel valves; alignment by screwed pin which also locates lower end of spring. Pistons with metal partition, and wax to form bore profile. Repair History: The crooks not all original.
