Keyed bugle. Nominal pitch: 3¼-ftE♭.
Technical description: Brass with plain garland. Keywork for 4th key unusually arranged for operation by R0. Ligature tuning at mouthpiece with 12 fixed detent positions at spacings of c 7mm. R0: Keyhead type: flat round. Repair History: Key removed and re-mounted on a bridge to cover same tone-hole. Keywork for 5th key repaired with soft solder.
