Cornet. Nominal pitch: B♭ etc.
Technical description: brass, with shank; tubing arranged so that in playing position the bellpipe is directly above the mouthpipe and the valves are to the player's left. Fitting for music card holder. Valve type: 3 rotary valves with travel limited by banana plate; leaf springs. Repair History: The crook for B♭ is a replacement provided by previous owner between 1991 and 2006 (in 1991 it had only a crook forG).
