Grand pianoforte
Piano, William Stodard Grand #63—ca. 1830. It has six and half octaves. The Inscription reads: Patent/William Stodard/Maker to his Highness and the Royal Family/Golden Square/London. It is Triple Strung throughout with brass in bass and the rest in iron. There are 2 pedals attached to Lyre: una corda and sustain. The music desk is integral and full width. The case is plain mahogany veneer with ebony stringing and with cross-banding on Fall Board and Bent side. 4 turned legs are reeded with brass band and brass castors.
