Harmonium
This harmonium is made of mahogany and is rather plain for the time period. The instrument is played by using a foot treadle mechanism which operates a bellows which, in turn, passes air through a system of notation ducts. The instrument has a five octave keyboard, and a knee operated 'swell' mechanism which is used to alter the note.
