Concert flute in D
This is a keyless side-blown flute built in the manner of the old Renaissance flutes. The body is made of ebonite in three sections (head, short-barrel and body joint). The cap is also of ebonite, but it has an ivory threaded screw and a silver ring. There are nine carefully positioned fingerholes, in which three are placed slightly on the sides of the body. According to the maker, it is a concert flute in D that plays 2.5 octaves in semitones.
