Transverse flute in C
Side-blown, ivory flute made in four sections (head, upper and middle joints, and foot joint), with silver cap, ferrules and keywork. Four flat, square cover keys mounted in blocks and foot stock bulge, and flat springs attached to keys. Oval embouchure hole. Nominal pitch: C. This instrument is part of the Albert C. Spencer collection.
