Crwth
This Welsh crwth is one of three historical examples of the instrument known to exist in the world, and the only one outside of Wales. It is missing its tailpiece, strings, fingerboard, and nut. The date of its construction is unknown, but it was bought in 1843 by Dr James Kendrick, who donated it to the Warrington Museum.
