Lamellaphone
Lamellaphone made with a plain rectangular wooden resonator box, having six lamellas made of the hard outer skin of raffia (Raphia sp.), attached to the top board with rattan(?) that also functions as pressure bar. The bridge and backrest are also made of raffia, but there's an extra bridge strip made of wood that might have been a later addition to raise the lamellas higher.
