Transverse flute
Side-blown flute made of boxwood in four sections (head, upper and middle joints, and foot), with ivory ferrules and silver keywork. It has six flat, square-cover keys, mounted with pivots in protruded wooden knobs and foot stock bulge, with flat springs attached to keys. It has an oval embouchure hole. The head cap is missing. Nominal pitch: C.
