Cornet
This instrument is associated with Kneller Hall. It is a cornet made of silver-plated brass, having three top-sprung piston valves, with metal pin guides, and cork bumpers. There is a water-key on the leadpipe bow and a brass B-flat tuning bit. The valve buttons are missing and the bell flare is damaged. Nominal pitch: B-flat.
