Bow
Silver mounted cello bow with a round Pernambuco wood stick. The frog is made of ebony, and silver is used overall for the ferrule, underslide and rounded heelplate. The slide and eye are made of mother-of-pearl. The three-piece button is made from silver on ebony with a mother-of-pearl eye on the end. The face is possibly made from a large mammal tooth, such as a hippopotamus or pig tusk. Silver wire wrapping and a black thumb leather, protect the octagonal handle.
