Guitar
The front is made of spruce. The decorative inlay around the soundhole comprises four strips of traditional purfling. Between the two central strips sits a slighly wider mastic band with inlaid mother-of-pearl squares. Below the rosewood bridge is an inlay of a mother-of-pearl cartouche, embellished with a ribbon and inscribed with initials, possibly those of the customer. The 3-part back and the 2-part ribs are made of rosewood. The neck and the pegbox, holding 12 ebony pegs, are made from mahogany. The label states as follows: 'JOSEF PAGES ME HIZO EN CADIZ( made me in Cadiz) Anno 1809 Calle de la Amargura num. 13'
