Lyre guitar
The table, with two circular soundholes, is made of four panels of pine. The back is made of five maple panels divided by purfling, the ribs are made of plain maple. Two arms supporting a yoke carved with foliage carry the wrest pins and the fingerboard. The head holds nine rosewood pegs. The nine strings are attached below the bridge at the bottom rib to a set of ivory pins. The ribs and the carved frame are original. The front and back are from a later date.
