Natural horn
Natural horn, hand horn. Yellow brass throughout. Terminal crooking, internal tuning slide. The G crook at present associated is probably not original. The mouthpiece is appropriate but apparently later. Instrument originally had piston valves. Stamped: Raoux Paris. Marked: Facteur du Grandee Armee [sic]. Inscribed in punched letters on bell garland: W. Tacker, New York Fencibles. Illegible inscription on upper section of bell.
