Clarinet in B-flat, Belgian. 'Liege' on head joint only and probably a dealer's mark. c.1850-60. Boxwood with ivory mounts, and 13 round brass keys. Mouthpiece not original, by Buffet. Clarinet in B, stamped '- - - Liege', probably a dealer's mark, c.1845. Boxwood with ivory mounts, 13 round brass keys. From Fenton and Sons, 11 New Oxford Street, London, 19th February 1917' 12s 6d but 'Bought by Charles Paget Wade from St. Neot's, October 1934 Clarionette 1s'. (M.Jessup).
