Gangsa jongkok, metallophone, from either a gamelan Semar pegulingan or a gamelan pelègongan. The trapezoid wooden body, with holes for bamboo resonators, is carved in relief with a design of flowers and foliage in gold on a red and black ground. The five bronze bars are tuned to the pélog scale notes: 2, 3, 5, 6, (high)1. The bars are held in place with metal rods, and are cushioned by strips of folded rattan.
