Tori; side-blown horn
Tori, side blown horn of cast bell metal. Conical with a longditudinal curve of almost ninety degrees. Elliptical mouthpiece with a raised rim positioned on the inside of the curve. All exterior surfaces are decorated with elaborate designs. The pointed end has three braided hoops of bronze. A line of seventeen jingling pellet bells is suspended along the outer edge of the curve. A chain with six links connects both ends of the instrument. One of a pair with M1a-1985.
