Side-blown horn
Kaho, side-blown horn. Horn of a kob buck with shallow longditudinal ridges and larger lateral ridges around inside of curve. The tip has been removed, leaving a hole 7.5 x 9 mm. The mouth hole is positioned on the outside of the curve, approx 60 mm from the tip. The surface of the horn has been flattened around the mouth hole and tool marks are visible. The hole is of an irregular trapezium shape.
