Bell No.25491 is smaller and has two cracks on the central panel; bell No.30786 is bigger and is well preserved. Both bells are made of bronze, with brownish green colour on the surface. The two bells have similar shapes, structures and decorative patterns. The handles (yong) are solid and are shaped like flattened square columns. Each bell has a small round hole near the top of the handle. The bells are thick and heavy. The cross-section of each bell is near-round. The mouth (yu) of each bell is slightly curved and the underside (wu) is flat. The handle of each bell is decorated with upside-down dragon patterns and the rest of the body has a plain design.
