Violin

This miniature violin and bow were made by John Fisher Maghie of Dalston, a cumberland violin maker, for Mrs. G. H. H. Smith as a child. The violin is made of boxwood and the neck and tailpiece are possibly made of ebony. It has a double purfling and it is of a light brown colour.
