Leather-covered wood; a large brass crook coiled and once crooked; the body straight; the long bell upturned and serpentine: 6 large finger holes spaced arbitrarily; 2 brass keys (one absent) with round flat covers mounted in saddles: the mouthpiece a deep cup of ivory.
