Fiddle

Tibetan fiddle (or possibly a sarangi from the Northern Indian region). Wooden case with hide skin. Sympathetic wire strings and 4 thick gut bowed strings. Bow of wood and horsehair. Bridge still present - leather strap prevents bridge being forced through skin by pressure of the strings.
