Nephrite flute, nguru, of bluish mottled green colour, of elliptical cross-section, distal end curved upward, cut flat and with small hole, proximal end with large blowing hole, two small finger holes; on side opposite to finger holes elongated projection with perforation for white twined suspension cord of New Zealand flax (Phormium tenax) with ovoid bead of similar nephrite near end.
