whistle
Rectangular spouted jar with bridge and (broken) modelled bird. Possible whistling vessel, made of pottery. The modelled bird (possibly a duck based on the shape of the tail and legs / feet) is broken off at the neck. At the top and on one side, the otherwise red, unpainted body of the jar is covered in black discolouration (burnished) . There is also some - in places very faint - black painting, including geometric shapes such as waves and lines. Some very faint motifs include a bird(?) visible on the top.
