stick: pernambuco, marred by a knot in the middle; golden-brown, light and springy; octagonal, wound with the original lapping of black and silver wire; head is rather square, faced with ivory; frog: ivory, a bit longer than usual; no lining, ferrule, slide or eye; screw: iron; eye: brass; adjuster: an ivory ‘king’s’-head; length 731, hair 642, diameter at frog 6.0, diameter at head 5.0, weight 50 gr.
