Belly: 2 pieces of pine, varnished golden-brown; bridge: fixed, painted mahogany with an inlaid pearl plate, and 6 ebony pins (1 is odd); neck: beech. Fingerboard: mahogany, with 17 brass frets and an ebony nut. Head: flat, beech with ebony veneer, brass machine-tuning with ivory heads to the pegs and bobbins; inside: 6 transverse and 2 longitudinal bars and pine linings.
