Technical description: The round, concave, pernambuco stick covered in a clear varnish ends in a wide modern head with a silver headface. There is one pin centred behind the head mortise. The stick has an inverted U-shaped groove for the frog. The screw-mechanism, rounded, ebony frog has a nickel underslide, a silver ferrule, a colourful mother-of-pearl slide surrounded by strips of metal, and mother-of-pearl decorative eyes.
