Oboe. Nominal pitch: C.
Technical description: Probably african blackwood with probably german silver keys. Central socket and reed well lined with german silver, but bell socket has just a ferrule. Simple octave keys. The R2 plate is independent of the R3 ring although both close the brille and both are on the same axle. Depressing the lowC key lowers the R2 plate and R3 ring and closes the brille. L0: 8.1.
