Technical description: Boxwood with ivory ferrules and bell rim; brass keywork. Six pieces: mouthpiece [not original], barrel, upper section, middle section for the fingers of the right hand, lower section with keys, bell. Mouthpiece of dark wood with long tenon and short table; contemporary but not original (the tenon is 1mm too long to fit the barrel). Barrel waisted. Upper section: speaker projects almost to centre of bore. Lower section: Levers for L4, tone-hole and key for R4 mounted in a bell-shaped swelling. L0: T; speaker. L1: T; throatA?. L2: T. L3: T.
