Oboe. Nominal pitch: C.
Technical description: Boxwood with german silver keys and three ivory ferrules at the sockets and bell. Reed well is lined with german silver the sockets are unlined. There is an onion shaped baluster at the top of the instrument. All keys are levers except for the R2 and R3 rings and the octave key. There is an inward flange at the base of the bell. L0: 8.
