Vox humana. Nominal pitch: F.
Technical description: Stained boxwood with brass keys and ivory ferrules at the reed well and socket, there is also an ivory bell ring. The instrument is built straight in two sections with no curve or 'knee-joint'. The bell flares only slightly and there is no Liebesfus*s. The lowC key has a fish-tail touchpiece despite the lack of a second E♭ key. Keymount type: raised rings; SATK. Keyhead type: flat, square. Repair History: Crook probably not original.
