Set of Northumbrian small-pipes
Technical description: Inory chanter with 10 nickel keys wiyj circular covers extending doen to C♯₄; four ivory drones with nickel mounts, th long D₃ drone in three sections; ivory blowpipe; boxwood chanter, drone and blowpipe stocks with nickel and ivory mounts; flat mahogany bellows.There is an additional original drone extension which fits the G drone but is of uncertain function. R0: Repair History: Bagged and reeded by Heriot and Allen (Robbie Greensitt and Ann Sessoms) circa 2006, tuned by Philip Gruar without alteration to tone holes.
