Technical description: Compensating double. Lacquered yellow brass, some nickel silver fixtures; four rotary valves; with water-key; seamed gusseted bell.

  • Measurements:Usable pitch: Plays at A*4 = 440 Hz with mouthpiece (6138), main tuning-slide pulled out c 15mm, "F" tuning-slide pulled out c 15mm. Performance characteristics: slightly stuffy sound, particularly on the F side, middle range.||425 perpendicular to bell
