Double-reed metal contrabass made entirely of brass. Double-coiled configuration with S-shaped, detachable crook. Seventeen keys with modern-style cups, mounted on posts with rods, affixed on plates. Two water-keys: one on crook and the other on the second bow. Lowest note: D. Nominal pitch: E-flat. This instrument is part of the Albert C. Spencer collection.
