Bagpipe chanter
This bagpipe chanter is made from blackwood, with ivory sole. The chanter has been repaired with whipping between the first and second finger holes. There is also masking tape covering a small part of the third finger hole; this is used to correct the pitch of the note. The ivory sole on this chanter is poorly fitted, which suggest that it may possibly not be original to this instrument.
