Hi-hat cymbal
This instrument is part of a drum kit. It is a professional series, 14-inch suspended hi-hat cymbal made of bronze (CuSn8) with central boss. It should couple with another suspended hi-hat cymbal, face to face, on a stand that has a pedal mechanism to activate them.
