Bow

Silver mounted cello bow with a round Pernambuco wood stick.The frog is made of ebony, and silver is used overall for the ferrule, underslide and curved heel plate.The slide and eye are made of mother-of-pearl. The three-piece button is also made from silver on ebony with a mother-of-pearl eye on the end. Silver wire wrapping and a black thumb leather protect the octagonal handle and an elephant ivory face protects the tip.
