Transverse flute
Transverse flute in B flat. Dark stained wood. Three joints (left and right hand sections in one piece; socket separate from head). Metal lined head and tuning slide. Three ivory mountsand cap. Five keys, four German silver and one brass, flat, round, mounted in turned blocks and ring. Movable cork-faced ivory stopper. Inscribed: BILTON 93 WESTMINSTER BRIDGE ROAD London, followed by the unicorn mark and the letter B.
