Oboe
Oboe. Nominal pitch: C. Cocuswood, silver keys, reed receiver, bell rim and ferrules. Triébert système 3 fingering. Fifteen keys with round flat flaps. The keys are mounted on pillars, some with rod-axles and needle springs. The twin holes for third finger left hand have been plugged and single hole bored subsequently. There is a wooden case with a detachable lid, reed, reed case and grease box. Each joint is stamped: TRIEBERT/PARIS; with the device of a barbican tower above.
