Fiddle
Fiddle carved from a single piece of wood, the back with a central ridge. Waisted body, with heart-shaped open upper cavity. Skin membrane nailed with pegs over lower section of the body. Rectangular neck. Cuboid peg-box carrying a single peg with a spirally fluted finial. A piece of thick wire serves as nut. String of gut attached to basal projection. Zigzag decoration on the side of the body.
