Tenor trombone in B flat. Brass body with white metal plated mouthpipe, stays and ferrules. Bell and slide offset by angled gooseneck. A corresponding bend in the leadpipe positions mouthpiece (missing) on plane of bell. No counterweight on tuning slide. Bell stamped: 50 MEDALS OF HONOUR/FB/BESSON/LONDON-PARIS-NEW YORK/MADE IN ENGLAND
